Description
This is an internship activity that took place in PTTRNS.AI, where I did functionality research, new product proposition and usability testing to upgrade the AI eyewear recommendation experience.
Internship Introduction
This internship is done in PTTRNS.AI based in Eindhoven. My motivation to join this product development process is that I get to understand personalization and fashion style recommendation from both the technical and aesthetic perspectives. With a professional 3D fashion design and IT development engineering team, I was able to participant in their product iteration process and contribute from a user experience perspective, bringing valuable insights based on interviews and usability testing.
Analyzing eyewear recommendation process
Product.
A research on fashion shopping behavior, sharing function analysis and interface usability iteration is done within four months time. Various qualitative research methods were used to generate insights.
